Published ranges — the starting point for an offer, not a fixed price.

Royalties are calculated on net receipts — gross less returns / allowances, trade / quantity discounts, sales / vat / gst / excise taxes, freight-shipping, remainders. Not deductible: bad-debt, currency conversion, co-op advertising.

Scope, approvals, payment schedule and legal terms are set per deal — you’ll walk them one at a time when you make an offer.
