Minimum guarantee range$3.5k – $5.3k
Royalties are calculated on net the stated base — gross less returns / allowances, trade / quantity discounts, sales / vat / gst / excise taxes, shipping / insurance, freight-shipping, remainders. Not deductible: chargebacks, payment processing, currency conversion, co-op advertising, bad-debt.
Scope, approvals, payment schedule and legal terms are set per deal — you’ll walk them one at a time when you make an offer.
